An exciting opportunity is now available for a Legal Assistant to support a Partner in their Projects team. This Partner specialises in private infrastructure and development with a recent focus on public services, public utilities, transport and other social infrastructure.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to step into a client facing position where you will gain real involvement in the matters.
You will work very closely with this Partner and on occasion for other members of the Project team and your duties will, therefore, include (but are not limited to):
- Diary and travel arrangement
- Assisting with reporting
- Drafting correspondence
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Building relationships with clients and their teams
- Business development
- Organising client events and conferences
The ideal candidate will have proven commercial experience in a similar role or in legal support.
You will demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality in your work with the ability to build strong relationships.
You will have a professional outlook with strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. On a personal level, you will take pride in your work and go above and beyond to contribute to the success of the firm.
It's imperative that you are an advanced user of MS Office and possess strong IT skills.
