This is a full time, permanent position providing PA and Paralegal support to a Partner/ Head of Property Group, who is known to have a traditional approach and be delightful to work with. This Partner works across general property matters which includes some conveyancing across residential and commercial.
Your daily duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with queries where appropriate
- Diary management
- Organising meetings
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Preparing and formatting legal documents
- Assisting with events
- Overseeing billing
- Assistance with conducting property searches
The successful Legal Assistant will have proven experience within property and have the ability to support up to Partner level. As this is a true 1:1 position, you must be confident in managing the practice of a busy and fast paced Partner.
You will have extensive skills in MS Office plus a typing speed of at least 65 wpm. You will be client focussed with an excellent telephone manner.
