people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking a Lead RTO Specialist for an initial 3 month contract based in St. Leonards.

THE ROLE

The Lead RTO Specialist is responsible for providing sound advice, guidance and training on quality standards to enhance the main functions held within the department
  • Assist with Development and Implementation of high quality standards and ensure they are being complied with throughout the region
  • Develop & present improvement strategies through strong research of both domestic & international standards
  • Prepare accurate reports on risk management, standards & opportunities for the Department
  • Provide your expert advice on process improvement to ensure the Department's processes' and policies are being adhered too.
  • Work closely with Internal management to effective performance reviews
ABOUT YOU

To be eligible for this role you must:
  • Tertiary Qualifications or Strong Industry Experience
  • Previous experience around implementing quality standards within the Educational sector is highly regarded
  • Must have a current Working With Children's Check
  • Extremely Analytical & Innovative
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills (verbal and written)
