People2people are currently working with a client situated in the heart of Auckland city centre who are seeking an experienced administrator to join their legislation team on a permanent basis. This is a well renowned firm with offices across the country who promotes a diverse, collaborative work environment and encourages career progression.

The Role:

In this administrative support role, you will be supporting a busy, high performing legal team with their client and sales administration. You will be working in a fast paced and dynamic role where no two days are the same.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Processing bills (credit, split-party billing, preparation of electronic billing)
PA duties including managing diaries and scheduling appointments
Communicating with the finance team for account management
Liaising with clients, internal and external stake holders


Permanent administration position in a well-established law firm

$45000-56000 per annum depending on experience

As an administrator for this company you will have previous experience working in a similar role within a law firm or other professional services. You must have excellent MS Suite skills including Excel, strong communication skills and experience with a billing process. A legal background would be preferred but is not essential.
