Supporting the Senior Secretaries within the Property team, you can expect to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities in this fast-paced team. Your daily duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with queries where appropriate
- Diary management
- Organising meetings
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Preparing and formatting legal documents
- Assisting with events
- Overseeing billing
- Assistance with conducting property searches
You must possess proven experience in an administrative role within a professional services practice and have a real interest in general property.
You will have extensive skills in MS Office plus a typing speed of at least 55/60 wpm. It is important that you are confident supporting up to seniority and you have the ability to build rapport across support and senior staff. You will be client focused with an excellent phone manner and be able a team player.
