Your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Responding to internal enquiries that have been generated through support team.
- Consulting the existing client base through engaging and educating them on how they can transform their good practices to great businesses via telephone and email.
- Build strong relationships through customer service
- Selling added solutions based on identified requirements
- Conduct market analysis regularly to keep up to date with the market
- Experience working in a phone-based role within a business to business capacity
- Previous account management experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Demonstrated ability to to convert prospects and close deals whilst maintaining sales targets
- Possess great communication skills both written and verbal
