This global transport organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Assistant to support their team until Christmas!

Reporting to the GM of HR you will be assisting with

  • Recruitment Administration for VIC/TAS/WA/SA
  • Phone screening, resume screening, managing job advertisements
  • Reference checking
  • Administration support including scanning and data entry

To be successful in this position you will have

  • Previous Recruitment administration experience in a fast paced environment
  • Confidence liaising with all levels of staff over the phone, email and face to face
  • Ability to take initiative and assist with other projects when needed
