Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Writing and posting job adverts and screening the response
- Phone screening and interviewing candidates for positions and conducting reference checks
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders of the business
- Conduct on boarding for new employees and create induction packs
- Provide administration support and otherwise to a broader team
You will bring to the roles:
- Experience within human resources and/or recruitment
- A qualification in human resources or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of systems and databases
- High level of attention to detail and organisation
