Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing generalist support to employees, such as fielding incoming enquiries or managing a HR inbox
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders of the business
- Conducting on boarding for new employees and creation of induction packs
- Assisting with strategy and achieving alignment with business objectives
What we look for:
- Experience within human resources
- A qualification in human resources or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of HRIS systems and databases
- High level of attention to detail and organisation
