Human Resources - Change and Transition Manager

This national provider of education and training within the creative arts space are undergoing a significant period of change to implement a transparent and effective workplace culture. They are seeking a HR / Change Management Professional to assist with this transformation project.

Working closely with the People and Culture team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with key leaders across the business to ensure their understanding of the transition
  • Acting as subject matter expert for all queries related to the project
  • Ensuring the smooth implementation of all new policies
  • Ensuring all WHS and relevant legislation is adhered to
  • Preparing all documentation and reports related to the project
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of the new business model

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven experience leading a successful transition process
  • Exceptional communication skills, with confidence liaising with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience analysing HR related data and reports
  • Clear understanding of current Industrial Awards
  • Demonstrated ability to act as mediator and consultant during a period of change
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines
