As the incoming HR Assistant, your main responsibility will be running the end - end process of recruitment for several roles, this will include:
- Phone screening candidates and face to face interviews
- Preparing paperwork and contracts
- On boarding
- Assisting employees with the paperwork for their visa's
- General HR Administration
Although training will be provided, they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You will need at least 1 years New Zealand experience working in a similar HR position and be familiar with the end - end recruitment process.
