A global, reputable company who specialise in business technology is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team on a full time, contract basis.

About the role
As the incoming HR Assistant, you will be responsible for all aspects of Human resources with a large percentage being recruitment:
  • Completing end-end recruitment processes across a variety roles
  • Preparing paperwork and contracts using an inhouse system
  • Working alongside payroll and assisting with reports
  • Providing documents to support employees visa applications
What do you need?
It would be great if you had a couple of years generalist HR experience under your belt, as the company are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Therefore, you will have
  • Confidence in the end -end recruitment process across different roles
  • An understanding of the onboarding processes
  • A basic understanding of visa processes to support colleagues
  • Not take yourself to seriously but understand when you need to work
