Human Resources Administration Coordinator

people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are looking for a Human Resources Administration Coordinator for an initial 6 month assignment located in Western Sydney.


Woking within the People Services team, you will be providing a range of various administrative support services to a large team.
  • Respond to various client enquiries and manage Mailboxes 
  • Assist in preparation of reports, conduct data cleansing, data entry and ensure all documentation meets compliance requirements 
  • Provide support to training including scheduling, booking venues, rooms, trainers and venue preparation
  • Assist with administrative support functions across all stages of the RTW cycle 

To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience working with health professionals involved in workplace injury 
  • Be proficient in Excel, Work, Outlook and complex diary management 
  • Proven experience working in a process driven and high volume administrative role
