- Drive business engagement on the HRIS implementation project including scheduling key stakeholder meetings to ensure correct work-stream deliverable's and participation of business stakeholders
- Liaise with key stakeholder to ensure correct mapping of workflow and procedures
- Point of contact to interpret and communicate back to Elmo consultants and designers the key area for the business modules
- Key focus is the performance management module but also ensure all business needs are incorporated across process and platform of the HRIS system
- Manage and support managers during the testing phase of the project
- Solid experience in HR with recent project focus within system implementation, ideally using Elmo
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with senior management
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment, and also to work unsupervised
- Flexible and mature approach to work tasks and a willingness to learn
