HR Project Specialist - HRIS Systems Focus

Salary: $100000 - $110000 per annum
Immediate opportunity for HR professional with HRIS system experience to assist with the implementation of ELMO HRIS system into this niche business. Working closely with the HRD and business leaders to ensure full implementation from start to go-live to ensure the effective delivery of this important project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business engagement on the HRIS implementation project including scheduling key stakeholder meetings to ensure correct work-stream deliverable's and participation of business stakeholders
  • Liaise with key stakeholder to ensure correct mapping of workflow and procedures
  • Point of contact to interpret and communicate back to Elmo consultants and designers the key area for the business modules
  • Key focus is the performance management module but also ensure all business needs are incorporated across process and platform of the HRIS system
  • Manage and support managers during the testing phase of the project
What you need to bring to the role:
  • Solid experience in HR with recent project focus within system implementation, ideally using Elmo
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with senior management
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment, and also to work unsupervised
  • Flexible and mature approach to work tasks and a willingness to learn
