Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your role will be pivotal in relation to working with and supporting the various remote QLD sites -both in a hands on and strategic role. Working closely with various remote site managers you will be providing them with advice and support you will also be responsible for HR administration across the full HR life cycle.
- Completed tertiary qualification coupled with experience in HR Generalist role.
- Proven track record working with and supporting remote managers.
- Experience in policy / procedure development and award interpretation & understanding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and able to work autonomously
