The Company

This prestigious professional services business provides a range of offerings in property and finance sectors for their clients in Australia and overseas. They are looking for a HR Manager to lead the HR team and assist the business through a period of growth and development.

The role

Reporting to the CEO, in this role you will:
  • Create and review internal policies and procedures
  • Implement HR organizational strategies
  • Manage recruitment & the employee life cycle
  • Work with line managers to create KPI's and conduct performance reviews
  • Develop and deliver HR initiatives to support business growth and employee engagement
  • Annual budgets and forecasting

What we're looking for
  • Mandarin language skills essential
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or Business
  • Previous experience in an HR Manager or HR leadership role 
  • Experience across employment law, organizational development, employee relations and training
  • Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
