THE FIRM

This growing National Law Firm are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This firm have seen significant growth in recent years and you will be able to utilise your skillset in future development.

THE ROLE

This is a stand-alone HR Generalist role where you will report into the executives of the firm. Managing all HR functions, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Management of Payroll function
  • P&C management - including recruiting & onboarding
  • Reviewing policies and procedures
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, internal and external
  • Related ad hoc administration
KEY REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  •  Excellent communication skills & ability to build relationships
  •  Previous experience in a HR generalist / HR management role (legal experience highly advantageous)
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong initiative & ability to work collaboratively
  • A results-driven attitude
