An ongoing project has created an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join their tight knit team. This is a contract opportunity, reporting to the National HR Manager, and working in a wider HR team. As a Business Partner, you will provide support and advice to managers, employees and stakeholders within your client group. Your responsibilities will be across the suite of HR functional areas including:

  • Employment Relations
  • Recruitment Selection & Induction
  • Performance and Reward
  • Work, Health and Safety
  • HR Service Delivery

This is an opportunity for you to apply your HR advisory experience in a step into a Business Partnering role. Tertiary qualified, you will be ideally have experience within FMCG, or a similarly fast paced and complex sector, and will have proven experience as a HR Generalist.
