THE ROLE
In this role your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
- Drafting correspondence
- Updating reports
- Administrative assistance
- Maintaining sick leave records
- Organising interviews and booking meeting rooms
- Preparing induction Information and trainining schedules
- Answering telephone calls
- Sorting mail
- Archiving personnel files
THE CANDIDATE
- Minimum 1-2 years HR experience
- A high attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent spelling & grammar
- Strong written and verbal skills
