This international media company has been growing rapidly over the past few years and enjoying their success. Due to their recent expansion, a new opportunity for a Payroll/HR Advisor has arisen in their Northern Beaches office.
Working within a fun and outgoing team, your duties will include:
- Processing end to end payroll on Xero
- Updating and maintaining payroll records for employees
- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
- HR and OH&S compliance
- Employee / workplace relations
- Development and Implementation of employee benefit programs
- General HR Administration
The ideal candidate will have previous experience processing a payroll as well as working knowledge of employment legislation. With strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a friendly attitude, you will surely be a success. This role could also suit a recent graduate with payroll experience keen to develop their career in HR/Payroll.
