HR Advisor - Part Time

A global property development firm with offices across Australia's east coast is currently seeking a HR Advisor.

Based in the Sydney head office, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders and supporting stakeholders with an operational focus. This new team boasts energy and passion for people initiatives and is seeking a proactive professional eager to get involved now is the time to Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be accountable for:
  • Facilitating the end to end employee lifecycle process
  • Supporting employees through workplace compliance and advising on general employment queries  
  • Coaching business leaders and senior stakeholders on performance management and providing guidance on general HR and people related matters
  • Assisting with return to work and workers compensation claims
To be considered for interview, you will have experience in a generalist role, playing a critical part in managing key stakeholder relationships across employee lifecycle and development. You will be an autonomous worker and self-starter. You will have a passion for driving change and meeting project deadlines.
