This highly established and recognisable national construction organisation is looking for a committed and talented HR Advisor to join the team.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the operational function of the HR business unit. With a generalist focus, your day to day will involve:
  • Delivering HR activities for employees and management, in line with policies and procedures
  • First point of contact for all HR issues and payroll queries
  • Develop HR initiatives to build staff engagement
  • On-boarding process and inductions
  • State training
  • Reporting; provide accurate and timely HR management reports.
  • Coordination of talent mapping and succession planning
  • Recruitment resourcing and working closely with Internal Talent team
To be considered you will have previous experience within a generalist HR position. You will have strong communication and relationship building skills. Relevant qualifications will be looked upon favourably, however not a necessity. You will also enjoy being involved in end to end HR processes and be comfortable working in a small team.
