The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity within this global player in logistics for an HR advisor to join. This makes for a very fast paced, engaging temporary to permanent role that will truly utilise your HR expertise.

The Role
This is a stand-alone role providing generalist HR support and advice to managers across the New Zealand business.

  • First point contact for all operational HR enquires
  • Strategy and execution of end to end recruitment process
  • Administration and processing of payroll
  • Policies and procedure reviews as required
  • Mediation between staff and management
  • Employee lifecycle advice and support

The Profile

  • HR or business degree preferred
  • Solid experience in HR generalist role
  • Strong communications skills to work with leadership in New Zealand and Australia
  • Strong sense of prioritisation and time management
  • Industry experience in freight forwarding or logistics will be an advantage
