This Human Resources Advisor role is a 12 month position based in the Sydney CBD office. This is a part time role - two days per week.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing generalist HR advice to employees
- Completion of all documentation and orientation for new employees
- Management of training
- Assisting with recruitment - identifying and attracting top talent
- Providing advice on staff benefits and drive social programmes
- Monthly reporting on staffing
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar position, experience within a digital agency will be highly regarded
- A team focused and "can do" attitude
- The ability to positively respond to ongoing change
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills
This is a Part Time HR Advisor opportunity to begin work in January for up to 12 months.
