- Data entry into numerous systems to ensure the HR admin compliance
- Contacting employees for any missing documentation
- Using MS Word to ensure HR document creation
- Advert HR support to the HR Manager
What you need to bring to this role:
- Background in administration and ideally within HR related work
- Understanding of privacy and accuracy that comes with HR related work
- Ability to drive to the assignment as parking is provided and the public transport is limited
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
