• Work closely with the Licensee to ensure the Department is running smoothly 
• Ensure the team are managing the portfolio to achieve the best outcomes
• A portfolio of loyal owners and tenants who the Team all know by first name!
• Work with some of the best properties in Perth think CBD Penthouses and gorgeous properties in the Western Suburbs 
• Ensuring you go above and beyond for your owners, tenants and contractors
• This is a company that prides themselves on exceptional customer service 

SKILL & EXPERIENCE

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Head of Department managing a team 
• Current experience managing a property management portfolio 
• Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
• Enjoy Business Development and posses some knowledge of trust accounting 
• Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
• Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
• Computer proficient, PropertyMe/ Tree experience or REST essential
