The Role

This is a full time 12 month contract with hours 9 am to 5 pm. As a Float Legal Secretary you will support legal professionals at all levels across the firm, and will have the opportunity to broaden your skill set by working within numerous areas of law. Your duties will include:

  • Diary and Email management
  • Monthly billing
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Drafting of contracts
  • File management (photocopying, archiving, scanning)
  • General administration duties as required

The Candidate

To be successful in securing an interview you will have:

  • 3 year experience as a legal secretary (ideally within litigation)
  • Professional presentation
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure
