The ideal candidates will have experience with both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
As Finance Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices
- Banking
- Matching invoices to stock receipts
- Reconciliation of supplier statements, and credit card accounts
- Handling customer and supplier queries
- Conducting credit checks for new customers
- Undertaking collection activity direct with clients
- Assisting with journal entry preparation
- Experience in a similar role
- Exposure to the hospitality industry preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills essential
- Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems
- Multiple vacancies anticipated
