With a large number of projects on the horizon, this isn't slowing down! Based on Brisbane City Fringes they are seeking a Finance Officer to join their team permanently.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-
- Full function Accounts Payable
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Full function Accounts Receivable
- Debt collection and following up on overdue accounts
- End to end payroll processing
- Reconciliations of Bank Accounts, Supplier Accounts General Ledger
- EOM support including preparing journals, accruals and prepayments
- General administrative support
About you
To be successful for this position you will be an experienced Finance Officer. You will pride yourself on your proactive approach, consistently going above and beyond to achieve outstanding results. Experience with a large ERP system, ideally JobPac and strong Excel skills are essential for this role.
