Facilities Administrator

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are currently seeking an Facilities Administrator on a 4 month assignment located in the Sydney CBD.


This is a dynamic role with elements of property/facilities administration. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling enquiries and investigating issues, following up by booking tradespeople to rectify issues
  • Distribution of correspondence 
  • Looking after meeting rooms, including AV equipment
  • Setting up new PCs
  • General ad-hoc tasks

  • Previous experience in an administration role, particularly with facilities management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CM9 advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and a pro-active, can-do attitude
