Facilities Administrator

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking a Facilities Administrator on a three month assignment located in Sydney CBD for an immediate start.


This role will be a general administration role, with some property officer tasks involved to support the Facilities and HR team. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Reception cover and answering phone calls
  • Investigating property issues and organising trades people to solve these issues
  • Looking after meeting rooms, including AV equipment
  • Setting up new PCs
  • Distribution of documents around the office
  • General ad-hoc tasks (filing, photocopying)


To be Eligible for this role you must:
  • Previous experience in Administration role, particularly with facilities management 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CM9 advantageous
  • Vibrant, energetic, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise
