The Company

This award winning, ASX listed organisation within the financial services industry is looking for a Senior level Executive Assistant for their Head Office in Sydney. This 1:2 C-Suite EA role is well suited to a solution focused individual that wants to use their strong interpersonal and organisational skills to offer the best possible support to the busy executive team.



The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the CEO and CFO. Day to day your responsibilities will including:

  • Extensive diary management using MS Outlook and MS Teams
  • Organise CEO initiatives and proactively drive CEO projects
  • Coordination of high level confidential and sensitive documents and liaise with internal c-suite to external Board Level contacts and investors
  • Arranging and coordinating internal and external events including, all company briefings, offsites and roadshows
  • Domestic Travel arrangement
  • Co-ordination of meetings, agendas and papers for monthly Board meetings
  • General recording, transcribing and distributing the minutes of meetings
  • Preparing and editing correspondence and reports using MS Powerpoint
  • Supporting the wider executive team when required
 

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have the experience and confidence in supporting C suite executives. You will also have:

  • Previous experience working in a corporate environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills across Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Solutions focused with correspondence to allow a proactive approach to upcoming projects
  • Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  •  Demonstrated ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
  • Ensure confidential information is kept amongst the Executive team
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to proactively identify your Managers needs
  • A flexible and adaptable working style, and the ability to work quickly and across multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to liaise with all levels within a business
