people2people, a specialist agency based in Melbourne's CBD, are currently seeking exceptional candidates looking for temporary and contract work in EA/PA positions. With a variety of assignments ranging from one week to long term, we welcome candidates to apply for upcoming opportunities within the Melbourne region. We work with a variety of clients from diverse industries, and are interested in hearing from candidates who are immediately available.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • General administration and project support
  • Extensive diary management
  • Travel management, including both international and domestic arrangements
  • Organising external and internal meetings and arranging appropriate refreshments
  • Managing and coordinating internal and external events
  • Managing expenses and reconciliations
  • Maintaining kitchen supply and stationery stock levels
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and providing reception relief when required
  • Organisation of teleconference and video conference set up
  • Minute Taking
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office software

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrable PA/EA experience in a corporate environment
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple diaries
  • Confidence in liaising with all levels in a business
  • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Corporate presentation and strong communication skills
