As they continue through this period of growth, an opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant and Manager of General Affairs (GA) to join this leading brand to overlook in house IT and GA team to ensure both groups are running smoothly across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing full house of secretarial support to the executive office
  • Coordinating request for information from internal, external stakeholders and provide professional first point of contact for all enquires
  • Supporting MD and expatriates from HQ and other subsidiaries with 457 visa, sponsorships and assimilating into Australia (incl. supporting the expat family with housing, school enrolment etc.)
  • Managing complex and changing diaries including scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings and organising associated and supporting documentation
  • Arranging travel and overseeing the travel arrangement process
  • Ensuring operational policies are up to date
  • Managing any office relocation and oversee the WHS functions
 
ABOUT YOU
  • 10 years + experience as an Executive Assistant
  • 8-10 years' experience in facilities and administration management within a corporate environment including management of a reception area
  • Possess strong cultural awareness, empathy and resilience
  • Ability to liaise with executive-level staff members and partners
  • Strong ownership and people skills to liaise with internal and external customers
  • Customer relationship management, problem solving and decision making, logistics project management skills
  • Good analytical and high adaptability skills
  • High degree of professionalism and judgement with the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
