THE ROLE
This role is for providing high level executive secretarial and administrative support to a CEO:
- You will be acting as a senior point of contact to provide advice, analyse and assess requests
- Managing diary appointments, travel arrangements, schedule and arrange meetings.
- Attend meetings including taking minutes and producing agendas, monitor actions arising from meetings and act as a liaison between attendees
- Actively and collaboratively manage stakeholders both internal and external
- Research, collate and coordinate reports, advice and briefings on complex policy and operational matters
- Evaluate the running of administrative procedures to optimise efficiency
- Undertake a range of reception duties, processing invoices and expenses
ABOUT YOU
To be Eligible for this role you must:
- Have a strong background in Executive/Secretarial Support to CEO and/or Senior Executive
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), typing, dictaphone and transcribing
- Superior interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in managing confidential matters
- Able to develop innovative solutions and recommendations to solve problems
- Effective prioritisation skills in a dynamic environment given heavy workloads and short deadlines
