The Opportunity
This assignment is a maternity leave cover for an Executive Assistant supporting the General Manager within the health care sector.  Expected duration: 13 July - November 2018.

Key duties:
  • Inbox management - triaging correspondence and queries
  • Diary management
  • Administrative support for board meetings including agendas, preparing papers, minutes
  • Planning for meetings/conferences
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Coordinating support services

The Profile
An experienced EA/PA with excellent attention to detail, you will enjoy working in a busy role where your efficiency and commitment will be appreciated. Key skills and attributes:
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite
  • Strong communicator - verbal and written
  • Experience working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative
