We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the Operations Director and the Supply Point Leadership team with diary and calendar management as well as administrative duties to support business operations. You will become an integral part of the business during an exciting time.

We are looking for an EA who can form a close partnership with the Director and the wider Leadership team - you will be his eyes and ears and this role would be suited to an EA who has worked in a fast-paced environment, international companies, is able to multi-task, can take responsibility and remain calm in a storm.

You will be enormously organised and you will need to be several days ahead in your planning. You will also use your creativity to put events together. 

With your natural, emotional intelligence, you will develop strong collaborative relationships with the team and lead by example whilst always maintaining discretion and confidentially. You will have a lot of licence and scope, handle multiple projects, gather information and working alongside colleagues...
