Events Coordinator

people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are currently seeking an Events Coordinator for a 4 month assignment located in the Sydney CBD.


In this role, you will be be assisting with the administration for events held by this department. 
  • Handling invoicing, logistics management, RSVP's and general database management for the department
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the events
  • Ensure all event documentation managed using the relevant policy and guidelines
  • Assisting with flights and accommodation organisation
  • Project manage the development and activation of plans related to the activities 


To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the NSW Government
  • Finance administration (invoicing and budget tracking) highly advantageous
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised and can-do attitude
