This is a full time temporary to permanent position with hours 9 am to 5 pm. Your role within the firm will be to support a Senior Partner, Senior Associate and an Associate within the firms Insurance litigation team. Your duties will include:

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Production of advises, reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Expenses, time sheet and monthly billing
  • Drafting bills, checking rates and preparing draft letters to accompany the final bills
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Reviewing legal documents
  • File and document management
  • Co-ordinating meetings, lunches and client events


In order to secure an interview for this position you must possess:

  • 3-5 years experience as a Legal Secretary within Insurance Litigation
  • The ability to strive under pressure
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Professional presentation
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Be highly motivated and resilient
