Exciting opportunity to join an iconic Melbourne project and offer your expertise in developing and managing various aspects of document control and project administration. 

Daily responsibilities include:
  • Establish and implement a document control register, database and hard copy filing system
  • Implement Project Document Management Systems and processes
  • Record document flow 
  • Maintain and manage the document control register
  • Collect and retreive documents 
  • Ensure company compliance procedures are followed
  • Implement workflows and collate, issue and receive documents in accordance with project requirements 
What you need to bring to this role:
  • Solid background within Document Control preferably in a project environment 
  • Confident using Aconex 
  • Experience in working within fast paced project team
  • Strong communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced systems and computer skills
