Exciting opportunity to join the beginning of a project and offer your expertise in developing and managing various aspects of document control with a large infrastructure project. Based on the city fringe of Melbourne, this role is initially for 4 weeks but has a high chance of extension.

Daily responsibilities include:

    • Record document flow
    • Maintain and manage the document control register
    • Collect and retrieve documents
    • Track the location of all project documents
    • Ensure company confidentiality procedures are followed
    • Assist with archiving of records

What you need to bring to this role:

    • Solid background within Document Control preferably in a construction environment
    • Confident using Aconex
    • Experience in working within fast paced project team
    • Strong communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
    • Advanced systems and computer skills
