Although this is not a "newly created position' (another buzz-term in recruitment) - it's a newly defined role - we're looking for that star quality. You need to be our Digital Marketing Specialist who understands and shares the vision about the environment, who is self-driven and who can take an idea (preferably yours) from concept to execution and be confident in your convictions with internal and external stakeholders.
Obviously, you need to demonstrate that you've done this before, not necessarily by showing a portfolio, more importantly, on how you got there. You will be managing digital marketing campaigns primarily on LinkedIn and Google AdWords in a B2B environment and will also have the opportunity to work on:
- The full remit of digital marketing and social campaigns, with a particular focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and digital marketing including SEO/SEM initiatives
- Developing and executing strategic brand awareness and engagement programs, monitoring and reporting on their effectiveness and market penetration with recommendations for improvement/key learnings
- Coordinating internal and external communications programs, including updating and innovating the intranet, corporate website, related microsites, and eNewsletters
- Monitor, report and analyse ROI and understand where to tweak campaigns to alter outcomes
