- Undertake monthly processing of donations
- Undertake various data analytic duties such as data transfer and program reporting.
- Develop policy and training procedures to ensure staff adhere to and meet compliance standards.
- Use your skills to assist with financial reconciliation, database maintenance, reporting & process improvement
- Conduct a variety of adhoc duties.
- Previous Database experience is a must
- Experience using Blackbaud Raisers Edge or CRM software
- Ability to manage a multi-task workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills in an environment with changing priorities
