People2people are currently working with various Not For Profit and Charity organisations based in Sydney CBD. We are looking for candidates who are immediately available for temporary Customer Service and Data Entry roles to assist with several Winter campaigns.
About the roles:
Working across several seasonal campaigns you will be responsible for the accurate entry of data on to the internal data base in relation to member's information. You will also act as first point of contact for member's general queries.
Members are encouraged to give extra donations at this time of year, and one aspect of this role will be to contact existing members to gently ask for extra donations. As this is a charitable donation, this is not deemed as a "sales" call.
To be considered for the current Customer Service and Data Entry roles you will possess:
Previous experience within a Customer Service Contact Centre role
Previous experience within a Data Entry or Administration role
And the following:
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Experience processing orders
- Proven attention to detail within your previous role
