This national organisation is leading retailer home of some of Australia's hottest brands. They require an immediately available temporary customer service staff member to come on board for an initial duration of 6 weeks.
- Ensure all inbound calls are responded to and data is logged for analysis
- Assist with written communication through various social media platforms
- Adhoc administrative tasks as required by the brands
- Providing assistance to the marketing team as required
- Managing loyalty programs and creating new customer accounts
- Previous phone based customer service experience
- Clear communication skills, exception written communication and a professional phone manner
- Previous experience with CRM system Zendesk will be highly regarded.
- Positive can do attitude and ability to problem solve.
