We are looking for Customer Service Representatives/Order Entry Superstars who have had experience processing orders simultaneously while servicing customers over the phone. This opportunity is for 6 months, the hours are 9am till 5pm and Parking available start!
- Customer Service - Answering high volumes of calls
- Order Entry - Accurately & Efficiently processing orders
- Providing information regarding General Enquiries
- Internal Stakeholder management - following up with warehouse and ETA's
- Ad-hoc Administration duties as required
