This role is joining an existing team of 10 within an inbound call centre based in Smithfield. Looking for a temporary candidate to fulfil and commit to a 4 month assignment. Giving the candidate vital business experience with the possibility to enter an alternate department after the initial period.
Working with an insurance based team, your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
- Manage a high level of calls - 60-80 a day
- Outbound calls to customers following up on existing claims
- Manage claims and warranties for previously purchased products of which may be discontinued
- Review and action existing claims and manage the process on a day to day
- Seek for opportunities to develop personal skills and knowledge
