Join a global leader within the skincare industry based in the North of Sydney during the Christmas busy season with all B2B customer service duties.
Focusing on ensuring that all customer orders and customer enquiries are processed in an efficient timeframe, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Processing orders & issuing delivery tickets using SAP
- Providing high levels of customer service to all customers
- Answering inbound enquiries relating to order delivery times & discrepancies
- Liaising with the warehouse & couriers to ensure orders are delivered in full & on time
- General customer service admin
To be considered for this role you must have skills using SAP in a customer service setting. Working holiday makers are welcome to apply.
