Commencing immediately, this is an 1 month assignment based in Truganina, opportunity to work close to home without travelling into the CBD!

This international logistics organisation values its' employees and offers comprehensive training, on the job coaching with a strong focus on quality to maintain and uphold exceptional standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will be outbound calling potential customers (warm leads)
  • Maintain strong relationships and communication with existing and new customer
  • Prepare and maintain client data files as necessary
  • Be an integral part of the sales team helping to manage all client related initiatives
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales, or call centre desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • bjection handling and negotiation skills
  • Well-developed computer literacy

Ideally you will come from a previous background in sales/customer service - over the phone in a call centre environment.
