people2people are currently looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who are immediately available for temporary positions.
Working with a broad range of organisations based in Sydney CBD and the surrounding suburbs, people2people have new opportunities each day within a variety of customer service roles.
To be considered you will possess:
- Previous customer service experience within a corporate environment - for example call centre or inbound/outbound phone-based customer care
- Experience answering general enquiries
- An outstanding phone manner
- Complaint handling experience - ability to escalate issues when necessary
- Experience processing orders or invoices
- Ability to prioritise work load
